my first Teaching award

For the first time since I began working as a Teaching Assitant, I began to feel comfortable being my whole introverted, nerdy, quirky self in the classroom. After months of hard work this Spring, my efforts were rewarded with the 2023 College of Agriculture and Life Sciences "Outstanding Laboratory Instructor" Teaching Award. Looking forward to continuing to inspire students to explore the beauty of biology and research!
